About the Celebration
Phra Phrom is the Thai representation of Brahma, a revered deity who symbolises loving-kindness, compassion, wisdom and impartiality. Although devotion to Phra Phrom is part of Thai Buddhist culture rather than a core Buddhist teaching, many devotees pay their respects as an expression of gratitude and a reminder to cultivate these wholesome qualities in everyday life.
Each year, devotees gather to commemorate Phra Phrom's Birthday with chanting, traditional offerings, blessings and acts of generosity. Beyond seeking blessings, the celebration is an opportunity to reflect on life's blessings, express gratitude, make wholesome aspirations, and reconnect with a caring community through shared practice.
Invite your friends & family, all are warmly welcome.
